Fall / Winter - 11U/5th AAU Lacey NorthStar Hoops

Practices are held twice per week (Lacey, WA) on:

• Mondays & Thursdays | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

The fees cover gym rentals, uniforms, game/tournament costs, AAU costs, and other expenses.  They can be paid in Monthly ($250), 2 payments ($500), full season payment ($1000).

Each 90-minute session follows the LNH structured agenda, with room for adaptability to maximize growth when the opportunity presents itself:

·        Warm-Up & Activation (10 min) – Dynamic movement, core balance, and mobility.

·        Skill Development (30 min) – Focused on dribbling, shooting, and decision-making.

·        Small Games & Team Concepts (40 min) – Live game play emphasizing spacing, communication, and hustle.

·        Cool Down & Culture Wrap-Up (10 min) – Stretch, reflect, and highlight effort and attitude.

This schedule ensures consistency for families while giving athletes the reps, feedback, and rhythm they need to grow every week.

·        Competence: Skill-building and basketball IQ are nurtured through focused training and challenging competition.

Competitive Standards & Expectations:

·        This is a competitive team, not recreational. Playing time is earned and not guaranteed.

·        Effort, attitude, preparation, and adherence to team systems directly impact opportunities.

·        Both parents and players must commit to expectations regarding behavior, communication, and respect for the program.

·        Our goal is not only to win games, but to develop athletes of character, resilience, and academic responsibility.
